Lennar PowerSmart HomesLennar, one of the nation’s leading homebuilders, has launched a new line of energy efficient PowerSmartSM homes in New Jersey as part of its National “Green” homes initiative. The new environmentally-friendly homes comprise the latest in green building techniques and construction, resulting in energy-efficient homes that save owners up to 67% on their heating and cooling energy use (compared to 2001 IECC Code). Lennar’s PowerSmartSM homes will be held to the highest of standards as all of the plans have been reviewed and rated by an independent third party through the Environments for Living® program to evaluate energy efficiency.
