Austin Aiming for a Grid Makeover

Today, the City of Austin, TX announced a set of recommendations that would give its electrical grid system a huge make over. The have based their project on the notion that in order to make a significant impact, the basic business model of increasing revenues as homeowners use more energy, needs to be challenged.
